Welcome to your Anxiety Quiz. To begin, answer the questions below as accurately as possible. 


Keep in mind, the following quiz is not an official diagnostic tool. In order to be diagnosed for anxiety, you must consult with a medical professional.

I experience intense fear or worry that is difficult to control.
I am able to relax.
I focus on upsetting situations or events in my life.
I am as happy as the people around me.
No matter what I do, I can’t get my mind off problems.
I experience shortness of breath, choking sensations, or tightness in my chest when I worry.
When I worry, I think it is irrational or out of proportion, but still beyond my control.
I feel more tired than usual, even with adequate rest.
I struggle to identify what’s causing my anxiety.
I avoid situations that I suspect will cause me anxiety.
I am unusually irritable and quick to grow frustrated.
I find it difficult to fall asleep or stay asleep.
