Refund Policy

At PlushCare, we strive to provide exceptional telehealth services to all our patients. Our commitment to your satisfaction includes our refund policy outlined below. 

Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund for the appointment under the following circumstances: 

  • If we're unable to treat or assess you, we'll provide a full refund* 
  • Connectivity issues preventing consultation 
  • Doctor's non-appearance beyond 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment time 
  • State licensing discrepancies affecting consultation legality 

 

*Refund is for the appointment cost and not membership fees. 

 

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer a refund for the appointment under the following circumstances: 

  • Any level of clinical assessment conducted by the physician 
  • A consult resulting in lab tests or referrals to in-person specialists but no prescription 
  • Provision of medical advice, including over-the-counter prescription recommendations 
  • Instances where the physician advises a visit to specialist care, in person care, or the Emergency Room and dedicates time to patient care 

 

Important Note: No refunds will be issued if the physician allocates their time and expertise to apply their best judgment for the optimal health outcome of the patient. This includes instances where medical advice is provided in the interest of the patient's well-being, even if the patient may not agree with the diagnosis or treatment plan. 
 

Prescription returns 

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns of prescriptions as all sales are final. Please reach out to our support team at info@plushcare.com if you believe there was an error in filling your prescription.
