Important Notice About Medicare Part B Coverage

We are sorry to inform you that PlushCare no longer accepts Medicare Part B insurance effective January 1, 2026. As a result of this change, Medicare has been removed as an insurance option from our scheduling page. Your account will become read only, which means you will continue to have access to your medical history and past documents, but will be unable to schedule appointments.

Unfortunately, Medicare regulations also restrict us from accepting cash payments from Medicare Part B patients or seeing Medicare part B patients through their secondary or supplemental insurance.

We know it can be confusing to tell what type of Medicare insurance you have. You have Medicare Part B if both of the following statements are true: Your red, white, and blue Medicare card says “Part B” AND any other insurance cards you have do NOT say “Medicare Part C” or “Medicare Advantage”.

If your other insurance cards do say “Medicare Part C” or “Medicare Advantage”, you may still be able to see us at PlushCare. We do accept some Medicare Part C (Medicare Advantage) plans. Please enter your insurance during booking to see if we accept your Medicare Part C plan.

If you would like to transfer your medical records, please complete the HIPAA Privacy Authorization Form and email it to info@plushcare.com.
