Depression/anxiety, stress, family problems, trauma/abuse, PTSD traumas, and relationships/parenting are some of the therapeutic challenges she has addressed with her clients.
Over the past 25 years in the mental health field and as a clinician, her experience has taught her that the most important aspect of counseling is the connection and comfort you feel with the person you choose to share your personal struggles.
